I am so sad and surprised to hear of the passing of my former boss and colleague, John (JCM). A thoroughly decent man with a strong set of values and a willingness to develop the younger people around him. He was my first sales manager when I was only 21. He was the consummate sales professional and carries my deep respect and appreciation. Outside of work, we enjoyed some good times with the "ELGA" cricket team. Not really the standard JCM was used to but good fun anyway. My sincere condolences to Julia and family. RIP John.
